Internet restored in Iran after 88 days, amid renewed tit-for-tat attacks
After 88 consecutive days, internet has returned to Iran. The country had been under an internet blackout due to war with the United States and Israel. Last Monday, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian ordered the restoration of international internet services. A student named Kian Galvani wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) handle, 'I have never been this happy in my life seeing a Telegram notification.' Iranian media reported that on Monday, President Pezeshkian issued an order to restore international internet connectivity. The Ministry of Communications confirmed the information.
