The Health Department has revoked the license of Ad-Din Hospital located in Mogbazar, Dhaka, following the deaths of six newborns. The decision was communicated in a letter sent to the hospital's executive director and owner, Sheikh Mohiuddin, on Thursday.
Deaths from measles are not stopping. In the last 24 hours, 10 more children have died from measles and measles symptoms in the country. Among them, eight died with measles symptoms and two from confirmed measles. During this time, 732 new patients were admitted to hospitals with measles and measles symptoms. Among them, 674 had measles symptoms and 58 were confirmed measles patients.
