Phoenix Finance will not pay dividends
Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited, a listed financial sector company in the capital market, has decided not to pay any dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

This information was known from company sources.

According to sources, the decision not to pay dividends was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report for 2025 at a board meeting held on Monday (June 29).

In the discussed fiscal year, the company's consolidated loss per share (EPS) was Tk 20.45. In the previous fiscal year, the loss per share was Tk 48.73.

Meanwhile, as of December 31, 2025, the company's consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share was negative Tk 102.46.

The company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 17. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the AGM has been set for July 23.
