Gold prices available in the country's market today

BAJUS has stated that gold will be sold at this price on Saturday (July 4) until a further price adjustment is announced.

In a notice published on Friday (July 3), the organization said that the new gold price has been set considering the overall situation due to the increase in the price of pure gold in the local market.

According to the new price list, the price of 22-carat gold per bhori (11.664 grams) is Tk 2,28,556. Additionally, the price of 21-carat gold per bhori has been set at Tk 2,18,292, 18-carat gold per bhori at Tk 1,87,440, and traditional method gold per bhori at Tk 1,53,148.

Earlier, on Thursday (July 2), BAJUS last adjusted gold prices. That day, the price of 22-carat gold was increased by Tk 2,216 per bhori, setting it at Tk 2,24,182 per bhori. At the same time, the price of 21-carat gold per bhori was set at Tk 2,14,093, 18-carat gold per bhori at Tk 1,83,883, and traditional method gold per bhori at Tk 1,50,232.

This year, gold prices in the country's market have been adjusted a total of 86 times. Among these, prices have increased 43 times, decreased 42 times, and VAT has been adjusted once.
