Use of Prime Minister's photo on banners and billboards of government events prohibited
The circular stated that the Prime Minister's photo—in 3D or any other form—cannot be used on banners, festoons, and billboards prepared for government events.
It further stated that in preparing government promotional materials, the subject of the event must be given the highest importance. The design must be made in such a way that the purpose, message, and relevant information of the event are clearly highlighted.
