K M Zakaria currently serves as a Strategic Projects Consultant at Banglalink. He is also the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neo PSP Limited. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications, FMCG, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.
On the other hand, Mohammad Ahsan Habib Chowdhury is a chartered accountant. He is currently a partner at KM Alam & Company and serves as an independent director of the Accessories Division of DBL. He is also involved as an honorary finance editor of the July Shaheed Smrity Foundation. He has nearly 25 years of professional experience in various top multinational companies at home and abroad.
Earlier, Abedur Rahman Sikder was appointed as the new Managing Director (MD) of Combined Islamic Bank, which was formed with five Shariah-based banks. Following the government's recommendation, Bangladesh Bank approved his appointment. He will assume his responsibilities this week.
