Prime Minister spends time with young students, fulfills their requests for photos and tree planting

On Wednesday (July 15) morning, the Prime Minister inaugurated the program at an event held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship International Conference Center in Agargaon, Dhaka.

Students from 60 government primary schools across the country participated in the event. During a visit to various stalls of the 'Green School' program, children expressed excitement around the Prime Minister. Many requested to take photos with him and plant tree saplings with their own hands.

At one stall, when several students expressed a desire to take photos with the Prime Minister, he said with a smile, 'No problem.' He then went inside the stall himself and stood with the students for photos.

At another stall, students requested him to plant a tree sapling in a pot. They said that the tree planted by the Prime Minister would be preserved as a memento on the school premises. Responding to the students' request, the Prime Minister planted the tree sapling in the pot with his own hands.

Addressing the students at the time, the Prime Minister said, 'Everyone will plant a tree. You will take care of the tree. Okay?' In response, the students present said in unison, 'Yes sir.'

Education Adviser A N M Ehshanul Haque Milon, Deputy Minister for Education Bobby Hajjaj, and Prime Minister's Adviser Mahdi Amin, along with other relevant officials, were present at the event.
