We will remain on the streets until the July killings are tried: State Minister for Liberation War Affairs Ishrak

He said this while talking to journalists after placing wreaths at the July Martyrs' Memorial in Shahbagh in the capital on Wednesday (August 5) morning on the occasion of July Mass Uprising Day.

Ishrak Hossain said, ‘We will remain on the streets until the July killings are tried.’ He further said the government has not forgotten the sacrifices of the martyrs and fighters of the July Mass Uprising, and its commitment to them continues.

At this time, he expressed determination to thwart any conspiracy to create instability in the country by taking the people along.

Referring to recent unrest in various educational institutions, the State Minister for Liberation War Affairs said he believes fascist forces may be involved behind these incidents.
