Popular Islamic speaker Mizanur Rahman Azhari has called for peace, harmony and national unity, saying Bangladesh must move forward on the path of peace, not conflict.

In a brief post on his verified Facebook page on Wednesday (August 5), he wrote, ‘We want a peaceful Bangladesh, not conflict.’

After Azhari's message was published, it quickly spread on social media. Many users shared the post and expressed their opinions in favor of peace, tolerance and mutual respect.

According to observers, although brief, his message called for peaceful coexistence, harmony and national unity in the country.
