The minister said that since the election, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has been working tirelessly to implement his development plans. He further said, ‘While the Prime Minister is working on nation-building, a certain quarter is trying to destabilize the country. Everyone should be aware of this.’

Emphasizing the need for political stability in the country now, he said whenever Bangladesh advances on the path of development, some circles try to push it back through domestic and international conspiracies.

Earlier in the morning, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman inaugurated the doctors' rally. At the inaugural ceremony, the Prime Minister's spouse Dr. Zubaida Rahman, DAB President Professor Dr. Harun Al Rashid and General Secretary Dr. Md. Zahirul Islam Shakil, along with other leaders, were present.
