He made these remarks as the chief guest at the ‘Handover of Houses, Donation and Relief Materials Distribution’ event for the rehabilitation of families affected by the recent floods in Bashkhali, Chattogram, around 2:30 pm on Sunday.

The Prime Minister said factories will be built along the sea coast to create employment opportunities, and the government will ensure fair prices for salt farmers. He further informed that a 10-year plan for the energy sector will be presented in parliament and urged the opposition not to create confusion.

Earlier, the Prime Minister inaugurated government activities for the rehabilitation of flood-affected people in Baharchhara village, Bashkhali. He also inquired about the affected families.
