To save electricity, the government has decided to close all shopping malls, markets and shops in the country by 8pm. Besides, all types of illuminated billboards must be switched off by 7pm and all kinds of lighting decorations have also been ordered to be turned off.
The order was issued in a directive from the Coordination-2 branch of the Power Division on Wednesday (August 12).
