He made this comment in a post on the social media platform Facebook on Thursday (August 13) afternoon.
On that day, a post by Dr. SM Khaleduzzaman went viral. The photo card in that post contains pictures of SM Khaleduzzaman, Oli Ahmad—presidential candidate of the 11-party alliance led by Jamaat-e-Islami—and Mirza Fakhrul Islam, the BNP's presidential candidate. A statement by Dr. SM Khaleduzzaman was also quoted.
In the quote, SM Khaleduzzaman said, 'In the case of Bangladesh's presidential election, this time it will be proven which party is for the Liberation War and which party is against the Liberation War.'
Sharing the post, which was posted around quarter to three in the afternoon, Dr. Mirza Ghalib wrote, 'These are third-class cheap politics..........'
