The rumor originated through two video reports by US-based Pakistani journalist Wajahat Saeed Khan. Citing three senior army officers, he expressed concerns about Imran's condition. Later, he himself said he had no confirmed evidence of death.

In an official statement, ISPR termed the rumor 'baseless' and said Imran Khan is alive. Members of Bushra Bibi's family claimed that Imran was seen walking on CCTV during a prison meeting. However, concerns remain over his health.

PTI leaders have demanded the opportunity to meet Imran's personal doctors and lawyers. They warned that if transparency is not ensured, large-scale protests could spread.
