He made this remark at a program for disbursing retirement and welfare benefits of private teachers and employees at Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Saturday (15 August).

The home minister said, 'BNP makes promises, keeps promises. They give a 31-point demand, and keep up to 32 points.'

He further said, giving retired teachers money in this way was not in the electoral manifesto; this is the 32nd. And the issue of providing school dresses is the 33rd.
