He said, to improve the working environment and bring comfort to the lifestyle of police members, the government has taken an initiative to construct buildings with modern facilities and housing at every police station. Once these buildings are constructed, the housing shortage of police members will decrease and they will be able to serve the people with more comfort and attention.
He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at an event organized on the occasion of laying the foundation stone of the new building of Patgram upazila police station in Lalmonirhat on Saturday (August 15) afternoon.
At the event, local Member of Parliament Barrister Hasan Rajib Prodhan and District Superintendent of Police Md. Asaduzzaman, among others, spoke.
