Mirza Fakhrul becoming president is both joyous and disappointing: Faham

In a Facebook post made early Friday (August 21), Faham said he has known Mirza Fakhrul for nearly 22 years. According to him, Mirza Fakhrul is a highly responsible, humble and active person. His mentality of giving more importance to others' responsibilities than his own is one of his notable characteristics.

Faham said Mirza Fakhrul gives importance to the greater interests of Bangladesh as well as the interests of BNP. He also mentioned that he worked out of his sense of responsibility for Khaleda Zia's release as well.

Faham thinks the country will benefit from having Mirza Fakhrul as president. However, he also commented that his absence will be a cause of disappointment for BNP.

In Faham's words, it will not be easy to find an alternative leader like Mirza Fakhrul for BNP. He also noted that his acceptability beyond party and ideology is also rare.
