Country will be rebuilt under Tarique Rahman's leadership: Moin Khan

He said this while talking to journalists after paying tribute to the martyrs at the National Memorial in Savar on Saturday (22 August) afternoon.

Moin Khan said, in 1982, Khaleda Zia took the helm of BNP and established leadership through movement and struggle on the streets, and in 1991 she was elected the first woman Prime Minister of the country through people's votes. In continuation of that, in 2026, under the leadership of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, elected through people's votes, the work to rebuild the country has begun.

Referring to the inclusion of new ministers and state ministers as a normal process, he said the government's goal is to remove the existing problems of the country, turn Bangladesh into a more dynamic state, and re-establish the country's reputation in the international arena.

He also said that Bangladesh's democratic progress has been obstructed at various times. He also claimed that BNP has always tried to bring the country back to the path of democracy.
