Low pressure in Bay of Bengal, heavy rainfall feared across country

The Meteorological Department said that over the next five days, there may be light to moderate rain or thundershowers with gusty winds in various parts of the country. There is also a possibility of moderately heavy rainfall in some places.

From Monday to Wednesday, the tendency of rain may be higher in various divisions including Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet. There is also a possibility of rain in a few divisions on Thursday.

During this time, day and night temperatures may fluctuate slightly across the country. The Meteorological Department said the trend of rainfall may continue for the next five days.
