WhatsApp brings new chat themes for iPhone users

Tech website WABetaInfo has reported that the new themes are arranged into five categories: Featured, Nature, Live, Minimal, and Doodle.

In the ‘Featured’ category, themes selected by WhatsApp’s design team will be available. In the ‘Nature’ category, natural scenery; in the ‘Live’ category, animated wallpapers; in the ‘Minimal’ category, simple backgrounds; and in the ‘Doodle’ category, WhatsApp’s familiar doodle designs can be used.

Themes with animated wallpapers will have a small ‘Live’ icon at the top-right corner of the thumbnail, so users can easily identify them.

The new feature is being rolled out to iPhone users gradually. So even if you are using the latest version of WhatsApp, you may not get the feature right away.
