Parliament's electricity will be fully solar-powered within a few months: Prime Minister

While speaking at the national parliament on Wednesday, the Leader of the House made this announcement. He said that if the national parliament's electricity system is made dependent on solar power, it will help tackle the energy crisis and increase the use of renewable energy.

The Prime Minister said the government has taken various effective steps to create interest among the general public in tackling the energy crisis and increasing the use of renewable energy.

He expressed hope that the initiative to make parliament solar-powered will set an example in expanding the use of renewable energy.
