Islamic Development Bank wants to stand beside Bangladesh in infrastructure development
In the meeting, Sheikh Rabiul Alam said that developed, safe and sustainable transport infrastructure is essential for the country's economic progress. In this regard, the Islamic Development Bank's financing and technical assistance can play an important role.
Dr. Mohammad Al Jasser said the Islamic Development Bank wants to stand beside Bangladesh as a reliable partner in its development journey. Both sides agreed to increase future cooperation in the road, rail and water transport sectors.
