Prime Minister enjoys founding anniversary cultural programme sitting in the audience

The cultural programme was organised by Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Samajik Sanskritik Sangstha on Saturday evening at the auditorium of the Institution of Agriculturists at Farmgate in the capital. The Prime Minister's Deputy Press Secretary, Jahidul Islam Roni, confirmed the matter.

Earlier, Tarique Rahman delivered the chief guest's speech at the BNP founding anniversary discussion meeting in the same auditorium. The party's acting secretary general, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, presided over the meeting, which was organised under the slogan 'Karbo kaj, gorbo desh, sobar age Bangladesh'.

Later, at the cultural evening directed by music director and lyricist Ithun Babu, artistes from different parts of the country performed songs. Many, including Sazzad Hussain Palash, Moushumi Chowdhury, Paran Ahsan and Aklima Mukta, took part in the event.
