State minister mourns death of Fisheries, Livestock and Agriculture Minister's mother

Amena Begum died at her residence in Dhaka on Tuesday noon. She was 103 years old at the time of death. She had been suffering from various old-age complications for a long time. She left behind four sons, five daughters, and numerous relatives and well-wishers.

In the condolence message, State Minister Sultan Salahuddin Tuku said, Amena Begum was an affectionate and loving mother. Her death is an irreparable loss to the family and relatives. Her affection, love and memories will remain alive forever among her loved ones.

He prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family.
