Organized under the theme ‘Regional Tourism Connectivity’, the fair will run until September 19. It will remain open to visitors every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
13th Asian Tourism Fair begins in Dhaka, will run until September 19
At the opening ceremony, the minister said that the government, private sector, investors, tourism entrepreneurs, local communities and international partners must work in coordination to develop tourism infrastructure, services and destinations. He also emphasized creating an investment-friendly environment and skilled human resources in the tourism sector.
Tourism organizations, tour operators, airlines, hotels, resorts and tourism-related institutions from Bangladesh and various countries have participated in the fair. In three halls, tourism destinations, products, services and investment potential are being showcased.

The fair features special discounts on air tickets, hotel bookings and various tour packages, as well as business-to-business meetings, business networking, destination marketing, panel discussions and cultural events. The entry fee is 30 taka; one ticket allows visiting all three halls.
The title sponsor of this year's fair is Biman Bangladesh Airlines. Top officials of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Bangladesh Tourism Board and Biman Bangladesh Airlines, diplomatic representatives from various countries and leaders of the tourism sector were present at the opening ceremony.
It may be mentioned that the 14th Asian Tourism Fair will be held in Dhaka from September 23–25, 2027.
