At a seminar titled ‘Competency Framework and Digital Competence and Assessment Framework (DigCAF)’ held at Hotel Sonargaon in the capital on Tuesday, he said these things in his speech as chief guest. The Ministry of Public Administration, Government Employee Management System (GEMS) and JICA jointly organized the seminar.

If digitalization is ensured in all offices, corruption can be eliminated: State Minister for Public Administration
The state minister said that if citizen services can be provided through digital means, people's need to go to government offices will decrease. There is no alternative to a digital system to deliver government services with transparency. He also remarked that if land management is made fully digital, civil and criminal cases will decline at a significant rate.
Emphasizing transparency in the recruitment, posting and promotion process of government officials, he said that honesty, dedication and efficiency are being given the highest importance in the civil service.
