Preparations are underway to publish the results of this year's HSC and equivalent examinations between 7 and 15 November. Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman, president of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and chairman of the Dhaka Education Board, said work on preparing the results has already begun.
On Wednesday, he said that due to natural disasters, the written examinations of the Chattogram Education Board ended on 9 September. However, work on preparing the results is being expedited by appointing additional examiners.

This time, 1,270,583 students took part in the HSC and equivalent examinations under 11 education boards. The examinations began on 2 July and ended on 8 August. Although practical examinations were supposed to be completed by 15 August, several examinations in the Chattogram Board were postponed due to natural disasters.

Board officials hope that after the Chattogram Board's examinations are completed, it will be possible to publish the results within the scheduled time by preparing them quickly.
