Bangladesh dreams of a ‘Rainbow Nation’, no one will be left behind

She said this at an event on the right to development at the United Nations headquarters in New York, United States, on Thursday, Bangladesh time.

Shama Obaid said, development is an inalienable human right. To ensure this right, inclusive, sustainable and participatory development needs to be ensured.

Various member states and relevant stakeholders took part in the event organized on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the adoption of the UN ‘Declaration on the Right to Development’.
