He said these while delivering his speech as chief guest at a views-exchange meeting with teachers at Nandail Pilot High Girls' School in Mymensingh on Thursday. The state minister said improving education quality is essential to build the future generation as skilled and competent. For this, teacher training, supply of modern educational materials and school-based development programs have been strengthened.

Earlier in the morning, he visited Anwarul Hossain Khan Chowdhury Degree College in Nandail and exchanged views with teachers. There, discussion was held on the college's educational environment and overall issues.

Later, the state minister planted a mango sapling on the college premises. He said a nationwide tree plantation program is being implemented to build a green Bangladesh. Everyone must come forward to make this program successful.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Fatema Jannat, along with teachers and concerned persons, were present at the meeting at Nandail Pilot High Girls' School.
