He said that in 2024 and 2025, US-Bangla was in fifth position on the list of regional airlines in South Asia. In 2026, the company moved up one step to fourth place.
The Skytrax World Airline Awards is an international airline passenger satisfaction survey conducted based on passengers' votes. Since 1999, this survey has determined the rankings of airlines in various categories based on the opinions of passengers from different countries around the world.

Kamrul Islam said this recognition for three consecutive years reflects the continuity of US-Bangla's passenger service and capability on the international stage. Through modern aircraft, new international destinations, increased flights, and technology-driven passenger service, the airline is working to further expand its international route network.
According to Skytrax's definition, regional airlines mainly refer to full-service carriers that operate short- and medium-haul domestic and international flights of up to about six hours.
