Special cell formed to settle expatriates' complaints quickly

Through this cell, formed with the coordination of ministry officials, expatriates will be able to send their problems and complaints directly to the designated email address. Necessary measures will be taken to settle received complaints quickly.

The ministry said that received applications and complaints will be presented directly to the minister and secretary on a daily and weekly basis. Through this, initiatives will be taken to resolve various problems of expatriates quickly.

The Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment has urged expatriate Bangladeshis to email minister.expat@gmail.com to report their problems and complaints.
