He made the call while speaking as chief guest at the closing and prize-giving ceremony of a cultural competition organized by the Nandail Upazila Administration in Mymensingh on Friday evening, marking Nazrul Year.

At the event, students from various educational institutions participated in various competitions, including poetry recitation, Nazrul songs, patriotic songs, and dance. Later, the state minister handed over prizes and certificates to the winners.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Fatema Jannat presided over the event, where officials of the local administration, BNP leaders, and people from various levels, including the state minister's personal assistant Saddam Hossain, were present.

Earlier in the afternoon, the State Minister for Information and Broadcasting inaugurated the new building of Sundail Government Primary School and laid the foundation stone of the Ulhati Bazar road of Rajgati Union Parishad. At that time, officials of the Upazila Administration and leaders and activists of the local BNP and its affiliated organizations were present.
