Three more children die with measles symptoms

The information was provided in the regular report of the Directorate General of Health Services on Monday. The report said that from March 15 to date, measles symptoms have been observed in 189,255 people. During this period, confirmed measles was detected in 21,308 people.

So far, 167,469 people have been admitted to hospitals with measles symptoms. Among them, 160,705 have recovered and returned home.

In the past 24 hours, two people died with measles symptoms in Chattogram Division and one in Sylhet Division.

With this, a total of 1,099 people have died from measles and its symptoms in the country since March 15. Among them, 101 died from confirmed measles and 998 died with measles symptoms.
