After 25 Boeing aircraft, decision now to buy 10 Airbus aircraft

Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister M Rashiduzzaman Millat said on Tuesday that an agreement with Airbus on this matter could be reached as early as next October.

Earlier, on September 24 last, Biman Bangladesh Airlines signed an agreement to buy 11 aircraft from Boeing. Earlier, a $3.7 billion agreement had been made to buy 14 aircraft. All in all, the purchase of 25 aircraft from Boeing has been finalized.
