The condemnation was announced in a press release by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday (October 4).

The press release said that deliberately targeting critical civilian infrastructure that supplies electricity to the Prophet's Mosque is unacceptable. Such attacks are an assault on the sanctity of Islam's holy sites.

The Bangladesh government has expressed full solidarity with Saudi Arabia's efforts to protect its security and sovereignty. At the same time, it has firmly rejected any aggressive actions that undermine regional peace and stability.
