On Monday morning, each family was given two bundles of corrugated tin, 36,000 taka, and 10 kg of food items. While distributing the assistance, the State Minister said this is preliminary assistance. The matter of losses will be discussed with the Prime Minister and the Relief Minister, and arrangements will be made for further assistance, including reconstruction of houses.

Corrugated tin, cash assistance for fire victims in Bhairab
Earlier, the State Minister inspected the 13 houses burned in the fire and spoke with members of the affected families. On the night of October 1, a fire broke out due to an electrical fault in the southern area of Chandiber in Bhairab municipality, burning 13 houses.
After distributing assistance, the State Minister inaugurated infrastructure development work at a cost of nearly one crore taka in Hindupara and planted tree saplings.
