On Monday, the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Court Judge Aminul Islam Junayed granted him conditional bail. Lawyers for the accused said he was granted bail on a Tk 2,000 bond until October 28, the day for submission of the investigation report.

Attack, vandalism at Salman Muqtadir's studio: Golam Mohiuddin gets bail after five days
Earlier, on September 30, the Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested Golam Mohiuddin in a case filed over the attack, vandalism and looting at the Newgini Properties housing project. He is the fourth accused in the case.
On the night of September 26, an attack occurred at the Newgini Properties housing project in ECB Chattar. At that time, the attackers also vandalized and looted Salman Muqtadir's Brownfish Studio. The next day, Saiful Islam Bhuiyan, director of Newgini Properties, filed a case with Cantonment Police Station.
