Multiple individuals from the same family cannot get fertilizer dealership—the Chamber Court of the Appellate Division has stayed the High Court's status quo on this government policy.
On Wednesday (October 7), the court of Chamber Judge of the Appellate Division Justice Md. Rezaul Haque issued this order.

Attorney General Md. Ruhul Quddus Kazal said that as a result of the Chamber Court's order, under the government policy, multiple individuals from the same family will not have the opportunity to obtain fertilizer dealerships.
