On Tuesday afternoon, the program was held in Mulgram Union of the upazila with the participation of leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated and associate organizations. The procession started from the Union BNP office adjacent to Chatmohar Railway Station, paraded through the main road of the bazaar, and gathered at Rail Bazar intersection for a street meeting.

At the street meeting, presided over by former president of Mulgram Union BNP Likhon Biswas, former joint convener of Upazila BNP Abdul Kuddus Alo Master, former law affairs secretary Gias Uddin, president of Upazila Krishak Dal Liton Biswas, president of Sramik Dal Muntaz Ahmed and local leaders spoke.
The speakers raised allegations of various propaganda against Awami League and called on leaders and activists to remain organized in their respective areas. At the same time, they also spoke of building political resistance against Awami League leaders and activists and their associates.
