Amir Hamza calls Khatib Abdul Malek ‘a foot-licking slave of falsehood’

These remarks by Amir Hamza, made at a waaz mahfil at the municipal mosque in Nilphamari recently, were broadcast on a YouTube channel named ‘Joni Islamic TV’. In the speech, Amir Hamza also said, "If one prays one time at the Kaaba Sharif, one gets the reward of one lakh rakats, yet Abu Jahl was the president of that mosque. Now many who become president of the municipal mosque in Nilphamari think, who can stop them from Paradise?"

Emphasizing faith free from shirk, he said, "Those who have knowledge but do not act according to it and practice foot-licking servitude to falsehood—their honor will never increase." Citing the examples of Allama Delawar Hossain Sayeedi and Khatib Obaidul Haque, he said, "If one engages in foot-licking servitude to falsehood, one’s prestige does not increase throughout the world; rather, it remains confined to a limited circle."
