Supreme Court lawyer Shishir Manir's call to end polemics over reform and referendum

Today, in his verified Facebook post, he made this call. In the post, he advised all forces of the uprising to unite.

Lawyer Shishir Manir writes in his post, “Stop polemics over reform/referendum. Unite all forces of the uprising. The third party will anyway tuck its tail and flee. In today's Bangladesh, this is the wisest decision. Won't you think about it?”

It may be mentioned that recently, discussion and criticism have been going on in various quarters over the issue of reform and referendum in the country's political arena. At such a time, this statement by the senior Supreme Court lawyer has created new discussion in political circles.

He believes that if the forces of the uprising remain united, then the third party—that is, the forces outside the current situation—will naturally retreat. Therefore, he commented that maintaining this unity in today's Bangladesh will be the wisest decision.
