Conference of Scholars for Palestine in Turkey, Four Prominent Bangladeshi Scholars Invited

Organized by Hay'at Ulama-i Filistin, the conference will be held from July 28 to August 1. Before the conference begins, the Bangladeshi delegation will depart for Turkey.

The invited scholars from Bangladesh are: Maulana Mahfuzul Haque, Secretary General of Befaqul Madarisil Arabia Bangladesh; Chief Mufti Maulana Hifzur Rahman of Jamia Rahmania Arabia (Muhammadpur), Dhaka; Mufti Rezaul Karim Abrar, General Secretary of the National Ulama Mashayekh Aimma Council; and Maulana Khaled Saifullah Ayyubi, President of the Bangladesh Muslim Council.

Additionally, it is learned that several other scholars from Bangladesh, including educationist Professor Amirul Islam, will participate in the conference.

On Thursday (July 9), Mufti Rezaul Karim Abrar, one of the invited guests, confirmed the participation of the Bangladeshi representatives to the media.

In a recommendation letter sent to the Bangladesh Embassy in Turkey regarding the conference, the organizing body Hay'at Ulama-i Filistin stated that the main objective of the event is to strengthen cooperation among scholars internationally on the issue of Palestine and the holy Quds, and to increase global public awareness.
