He said, the current government came to power only six months ago. Long-standing problems like the electricity and gas crisis cannot be solved overnight. The government must be given some time to resolve these crises.

The DSCC administrator said, the opposition party has been putting pressure from the beginning to not let the government work for the country. However, the government will be changed through voting in the next election.

At this time, he said, BNP will work to establish good governance, democracy and people's rights in the country in the next five years.

At the event, the newly repaired Kamrangirchar iron bridge was opened for locals to use. With the repair of the bridge, which had become dilapidated due to long-term mismanagement, local people will be able to move safely.
