However, if regular morning headaches are accompanied by excessive snoring, breathing stopping during sleep or gasping, repeated waking, or excessive sleepiness throughout the day despite adequate sleep, the matter should be taken seriously. These symptoms may be related to some sleep disorders, including sleep apnea.

Trying to eliminate this problem by sleeping more only on holidays may not always be effective. Along with adequate duration, regular and uninterrupted sleep is also important. If sleep is disrupted for a long time, it can also affect daily activities, attention, and memory.

For good sleep, it can be beneficial to make a habit of going to sleep and waking up at a fixed time every day, reducing the use of mobile phones and laptops before sleep, and avoiding caffeinated drinks such as tea and coffee at night.
