The incident occurred in front of Vishal Center in Magbazar in the early hours of Saturday (October 24).

CCTV footage shows that at 4:48 am, miscreants fired at the car parked in front of Vishal Center from a CNG-run auto-rickshaw and quickly fled. Although no one was injured in the incident, the rear right-side window of the car was damaged. The singer was not in the car at the time of the incident; he was then in his studio on the third floor of Vishal Center.

No case has been filed in connection with the incident so far. However, the family has demanded a proper investigation into the incident and legal action from the administration.
