According to the government decision, a maximum of three and a half thousand tourists can travel to Saint Martin every day until March 15, 2027. Although the island's hotels and resorts are ready to welcome tourists, ship operations are stuck due to administrative complications. Although they have received clearance from the Department of Environment, the voyage licenses for three ships, BIWTA route permits, and schedules have not yet been finalized.
