LPG price reduced
The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has reduced the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and autogas at the consumer level. According to the new decision, the price of a 12 kg LPG cylinder has been reduced by 357 taka to 1,528 taka.

On Thursday (July 2), BERC announced the new prices. The new prices will be effective from Thursday evening.

According to the new prices, the previous price of a 12 kg LPG cylinder was 1,885 taka. It has now been reduced to 1,528 taka.

Meanwhile, the price of autogas has also been reduced by 16 taka 53 paisa per liter. The new price of autogas per liter has been set at 70 taka 40 paisa, which was previously 86 taka 93 paisa.

In line with changes in international LPG prices, the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) sets new consumer-level LPG prices every month.
