The rally will be held at Rangpur Zila School ground at 2:30 PM. The chief guest will be the Leader of the Opposition in the National Parliament and Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman MP.

The rally will be presided over by the Chief Whip of the Opposition in the National Parliament and Convener of the National Citizen Party (NCP), Nahid Islam MP.

Speakers will also include President of LDP Dr. Colonel (Retd.) Oli Ahmed Bir Bikram, Secretary General of Bangladesh Khilafat Majlis Maulana Jalaluddin Ahmed, Acting Ameer of Nezam-e-Islam Party Allama Abdul Qayyum Subhani, Member Secretary of NCP Md. Akhtar Hossain MP, General Secretary of AB Party Barrister Asaduzzaman Fuad, Chairman of Bangladesh Labour Party Dr. Mostafizur Rahman Iran, Chairman of Bangladesh Development Party Advocate AKM Anwarul Islam Chan, and Vice President and Spokesperson of JAGPA Engineer Rashed Pradhan. Divisional and local leaders will also speak.

Coordinator of the 11-party alliance and Assistant Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami, Hamidur Rahman Azad, informed that this divisional rally is being held as part of the nationwide announced program.

He called upon people from all walks of life in Rangpur division to participate in the rally and make the program a success.
