DUJ mourns death of Nurul Hasan Khan
Dhaka Journalists Union (DUJ) has expressed deep shock at the death of senior journalist Nurul Hasan Khan.

Today on Sunday, DUJ President Md. Shahidul Islam and General Secretary Khurshid Alam said in a statement that Nurul Hasan Khan was always at the forefront in the movement against fascism and the restoration of democracy. Besides, as a member of Dhaka Journalists Union, he always played an outspoken role in favour of press freedom and free expression of opinion. He was actively present in any programme for the development of the profession. In his death, DUJ has lost a dedicated worker.

The statement also prayed for the forgiveness of his departed soul and expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members.
