Delhi withdraws notice about Tarique Rahman's India visit
India's Rashtrapati Bhavan withdrew a notice published about Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's possible visit to New Delhi within just one hour.

In a notice published at around 2pm on Friday (August 21), it was stated that the 'Change of Guard' ceremony would not be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on August 22. The reason mentioned was the rehearsal for the official reception of Bangladesh's Prime Minister.

However, as no official announcement was made from either Dhaka or New Delhi regarding Tarique Rahman's India visit, the notice was later withdrawn by India's Presidential Palace. Around 3pm, a new notice announced the withdrawal of the previous press notice.
